Gasteruption pedemontanum
Some families are easily identifyable, such as the weird Gasteruptionidae. With most insects the tail is attached to the thorax at the bottom. With this species it is fixed to the top and then worn in an upright position. And if that isn't bizarre enough the ovipositor sticks out in a straight line and is white-dotted. Gasteruption pedemontanum is small, but because of all the protuberances it looks like something much bigger! It belongs to a family called Gasteruptionidae. The behavior is that of any other Parasitic Wasp. On the net many pictures of this species have a wrong identification. Usually thay are called Gasteruption jaculator. That is probably because of the many insect guides presenting this species. In many cases however the correct species probably is Gasteruption pedemontanum, as it is fairly common all over Europe.
