Delia species Delia sp
In the picture a strange creature. The front is that of any common fly, but it has a very small abdomen indeed. It does belong to the genus Delia as well. It is impossible to identify it any further as there are a few similar species in the genus. And all these species can not be told apart by just looking at their pictures. By the way: only males have such an extremely small body. The females have the common fly body. They must lay eggs in the end, must they not?
